Deconstruction, building gutting, disassembly, warehouse clearence and demolition in Zürich, Zug, Schwyz, Luzern and Aargau
www.Ladenrueckbau-und-Abbrucharbeiten.ch ARAS is happy to serve you throughout German-speaking Switzerland in these cantons: Zurich, ZH, Bern, BE, Lucerne, LU, Zug, ZG, Schwyz, SZ, Solothurn, SO, Basel-Landschaft, BL, Basel-Stadt, BS, Aargau, AG, Thurgau, TG, Schaffhausen, SH, St. Gallen, SG Demolition and Deconstruction company ARAS carries out manually controlled demolitions and demolition of buildings which, due to the adopted technology, cannot be demolished using heavy construction equipment. Manual demolition and disassembly works are carried out, among others, in objects whose construction is designed for further use as a whole or partially. In such cases, the structural elements to be removed are usually cut out with a diamond saw and disassembled using a crane or a miniloader. Manual dismantling and demolition works are also used in places where heavy equipment cannot be used because of the close proximity of buildings vulnerable to damage - especially historic buildings or buildings in poor technical condition. Also, the proximity of objects in constant use does not allow for using heavy construction equipment due to significant shock, vibration and noise generated by such equipment Taking advantage of diamond techniques can significantly reduce the discomfort connected with demolition works. Manual demolition allows an accurate sorting, and thus efficient utilization of excavated material resulting from removal.
ARAS specialises in precise and controlled manual demolition works and concrete crushing works; such works are carried out using, among others:
In our offer we have a wide range of demolition services.
We carry out both small assignments such as:
as well as large assignments covering comprehensive demolition works in buildings, including: multi-storey buildings having ferroconcrete, brick, or steel constructions, chimneys made of steel and ferroconcrete, buildings in poor technical condition, etc. |
The Demolition of facades
A façade is more than just an outward-facing wall or external cladding. It is a first impression, and it has the potential to significantly affect how well your building works and looks. Our people are actively involved. Our people work well in groups. Our employees will complete the task. We will collaborate with you throughout the design and construction process to provide the best solution to any challenge because we have one of the biggest and most reputable façade engineering groups in our industry. Every imaginable structure, including medium-rise office buildings, schools, hospitals, infrastructure theaters, residential housing projects, and more, is demolished and dismantled by us, and we have specific experience with intricate city center projects where there are special difficulties due to limited space and the close proximity of sensitive receptors (such as homes, workplaces, retail establishments, and pedestrians).
Consequently, we have devised advanced methods to minimize disturbance to the nearby community and our ecological footprint. Since our approach entails the gradual dismantling of the structure using a variety of methods, such as high reach with demolition screen curtains, large and elektric small excavators, as well as skid steers for floor by floor, and remote-controlled Brokk machines to minimize the use of labor-intensive hand-held equipment, it is frequently better described as deconstruction. The age and architectural significance of many of the buildings involved, often requires complex enabling work to be carried out such as the design and installation of façade retention schemes which is an area in which we specialise. Façade: Particular Disassembly
We use selective dismantling techniques to carefully remove particular sections of a facade without affecting the rest of the structure for projects that call for partial facade removal. For historic structures or when only specific areas require updating, this approach is perfect. Façade: Managed Demolition We use controlled demolition techniques to safely and effectively remove large portions of the facade when total facade removal is required. To maintain accuracy and control throughout the process, our team makes use of cutting-edge equipment. Façade: Manual and Mechanical Techniques Depending on the needs of the project, we use both manual and mechanical removal techniques. This adaptability enables us to work swiftly and effectively on large-scale projects or carefully handle delicate materials. |
